This lovely dragonfly quilt pattern is called "Lilly"! She's made with easy applique AND both beautiful sides of one focus fabric! In the quilt pattern, you learn how to audition both sides of focus and background fabrics. This dragonfly quilt is easy to piece and fuse. Lilly, the dragonfly, and the binding are made using the RIGHT side; the flower vine is made using the REVERSE! She's placed on a fun, scrappy background of eleven unique fabrics.

Lilly was featured in Hancock's of Paducah for the spring AQS Quilt Week quilt show!

Awesome design. interesting concept of using back side of fabric for the flowers, but I had difficulty finding fabric with designs that showed through well enough on the back side.
